She is amazing and sooo patient with all of my questions.. I bought this necklace when I had the two grandchildren and I recently got my third grandchild so I had her make another one just the charm and it was perfect. Recommend her 100%.

We ordered a necklace a few years ago and wanted to add another bar and gem stone since we gained another grandchild. I simply emailed and she said she knew which font, etc... so it was super easy to order another one!

I couldn't be happier with this business. My question was answered quickly. The item was shipped very fast and arrived beautifully packaged. Love the engraving and quality of the necklace. Now I can wear proudly my Grandma necklace with all my grandchildrens names on it.
