We ordered a necklace a few years ago and wanted to add another bar and gem stone since we gained another grandchild. I simply emailed and she said she knew which font, etc... so it was super easy to order another one!

I couldn't be happier with this business. My question was answered quickly. The item was shipped very fast and arrived beautifully packaged. Love the engraving and quality of the necklace. Now I can wear proudly my Grandma necklace with all my grandchildrens names on it.

I had gotten the necklace last year as a surprise for my wife, and she LOVED it. We just had another grandbaby added to our family, and getting another matching pendant was fast and incredibly easy! I can't say enough good things about this vendor. Highly recommended!
